We’ve been very particular about the food we serve since we opened in 2011.

Our Chef, Pablo V and Owner Sarah Baxter are both committed to providing the freshest, pasture-fed and naturally raised meats, certified Oceanwise fish/seafood and the highest quality eggs from small flock, cage-free Canadian hens. Locally sourced cold pressed juices, craft cocktails and beer, as well as a full line of house-made smoked meats, sausages and condiments (hot sauce, ketchup, dressings) round out our eclectic menu and offerings. 

We believe in finding the best from world cuisine, with a focus on Asian and Latin American fusion, married with North American comfort food.

Our executive Chef Pablo draws inspiration from his roots in Costa Rica as well as his world travels to create fresh and exhilarating dishes that blend flavours from Central & South America, East & South East Asia and beyond. 
A passion for crafting unique, made-from-scratch cuisine has always been at the core of his philosophy, and we believe that making great food starts with sourcing the best ingredients.

Our menu is as multicultural as our city, from gluten free Costa Rican Style Fried Chicken, to Rancheros and Damn Damn Noodles - there’s something on our exciting menu to thrill every palate.
